Our 8 yard dumpster is for maintenance only. For special permission, please ask first.
Improvements and construction requires approval. Any and all improvements and construction must first be approved by the office, no exceptions.
Please do not feed stray cats we are working on this issue.
Only two cars per lot please read rules and regulations as we plan to enforce this.
No subletting is allowed.
We have done some incredible things around here at Riviera Village to include landscaping, painting of sheds and common areas. W have redone the pool. As the spring/summer months continue you will see more improvements around the park. I want to thank my tenants who have kept up with their yards and lot appearance it does not go unnoticed.
