Please take a moment to look at the addendum that was delivered park -wide about the changes that will take effect  March 2nd, 2025. If you have any questions please feel free to come see me at the office or call.  

Please be mindful and slow down, speed limit is 10 miles throughout the park. We have a lot of tenants that take early morning/ evening walks with their pets.

We have made tremendous strides on getting a grip with the feral cat issue that we are experiencing here at the Rivera Village. We have trapped a total of 54 cats that have been spayed/neutered and returned to the park. As the months go by we will continue to work throughout the park to trap more. I am asking that you do not feed/ water the cats, this creates a nuisance for your neighbors who may not have pets of their own. I have some great information about Popp(pet over -population) if you would be interested in this program.

March we will begin our four- sided, inspection of your lot, please be aware my staff and myself will be entering your lot. We will be very mindful  and will make sure we are doing  inspection during day time hours. You will receive a copy of inspection, if any deficiencies are found you have 20 days to get these items corrected.

No building or improvements are allowed to your home/ trailer or lot, unless permission is granted.
